In the past Kendra Wilkinson hasn’t been shy about offering advice to anyone on anything, but now seems to be a well of information for married couples and first time mothers!

Her latest tidbit of help is that couples should “have fun being spontaneous.” What does that mean exactky? Well apparently it means sex, lots of sex, and in every room of the house. That is the key to a happy marriage, and most husbands would be inclined to agree with this summary by Kendra.

Kendra says that she often has sex with Hank on the spur of the moment. Wilkinson told OK! magazine: “So Hank’s like, ‘Come in the kitchen!’ and I’m like, ‘Okay,’ so we go in the kitchen, and we just hit it right there” She continued.. “We have fun just being spontaneous – and we don’t want to be stuck in the bedroom. When we know baby Hank’s in his room doing his thing? You never know.”

Kendra Wilkinson has once again shown why is one of the hottest MILFs in Los Angeles by showing off her bikini body at a pool party.

Kendra was hosting the WET pool party at the MGM Casino Resort and impressed party attendees with he toned body. She definitely does not look like the average mother!

Kendra had additional reason to celebrate because an order for her new show “Kendra On Top” has been picked up for a 14 episode run. The TV show will highlight the next chapter of her life as the wife of former NFL player Hank Baskett III and mother to two-year-old Hank.

Kendra Wilkinson continues to look in fine form and is showing herself as being a serious MILF! Kendra is also immensely happy as reflected by recent comments to the press about her family life.

At the Pool After Dark event at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City on Saturday she told press: “I can’t ask for a better life” She continued: “You can have diamonds and all the money in the world, but nothing compares to being a mother. Kendra Wilkinson was in the mood to party at the 9th Annual Leather and Laces SUperbowl party. Kendra, and her NFL player husband Hank Baskett both attended and Kendra was tweeting the whole event. Prior to the start of the party she tweeted: “Got my hot wings n fried asparagus on to coat my stomach for the night. Bout to go HAM lol”

Later on after a few drinks and near the end of the night she tweeted: “I’m faded n I’m laughing so hard I’m crying.” So obviously she had a great night!

This year the New England Patriots are set to take on the New York Giants at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Kendra Wilkinson has revealed her latest diet technique which is helping her get back into shape after her baby – fruit and nuts. Kendra has often advocated having a healthy, organic and nutritious diet and apparently nibbling dreied fruit and nuts throughout the day is a crucial part of it.

Kendra told People magazine recently: “I’ve been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long, We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt. We’re a healthy family.”

Kendra also shared a tip for having a healthy marriage – time apart! Apparently Wilkinson thinks time apart from the significant other allows you to appreciate them more and enjoy a special romantic reunion when getting back together.

It isn’t the first piece of marriage advice Kendra has offered. Last year, Kendra told fans that she once had sex with husband Hank Baskett on a jet ski to help keep things spontaneous!

As Kim Kardashian heads into her last week as a single woman, Kendra Wilkinson has decided to offer the fellow reality television star some advice!

Wilkinson said: “If there is good music then people are dancing and having fun, and nothing else matters”.

Kardashian has revealed via Twitter that she hasn’t even picked the music for her bridal waltz, prompting hundreds of fans to make suggestions. Kendra must feel a kinship towards Kim Kardashian because they have both released sex tapes! In 2007 the Kim Kardashian Sex Tape was leaked onto the Internet.
