Kendra Wilkinson has revealed her latest diet technique which is helping her get back into shape after her baby – fruit and nuts. Kendra has often advocated having a healthy, organic and nutritious diet and apparently nibbling dreied fruit and nuts throughout the day is a crucial part of it.

Kendra told People magazine recently: “I’ve been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long, We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt. We’re a healthy family.”

Kendra also shared a tip for having a healthy marriage – time apart! Apparently Wilkinson thinks time apart from the significant other allows you to appreciate them more and enjoy a special romantic reunion when getting back together.

It isn’t the first piece of marriage advice Kendra has offered. Last year, Kendra told fans that she once had sex with husband Hank Baskett on a jet ski to help keep things spontaneous!

As Kim Kardashian heads into her last week as a single woman, Kendra Wilkinson has decided to offer the fellow reality television star some advice!

Kendra was married in 2009 to footballer Hank Baskett, and adjusting to married life was a bit of a struggle for Wilkinson, as she was used to a fast paced life filled with parties, nudity and excitement.

Kendra has recommended that Kim keep her wedding dress under wraps, telling OK! magazine: “I made sure my dress was in a completely separate room and that no one went in there”

Additionally getting the right music for the reception is a big deal according to Kendra. Ki’s mom, Kris Jenner is organising the wedding and reception, so we can expect military precision, but would Kris pick the right music?

Wilkinson said: “If there is good music then people are dancing and having fun, and nothing else matters”.

Kardashian has revealed via Twitter that she hasn’t even picked the music for her bridal waltz, prompting hundreds of fans to make suggestions. Kendra must feel a kinship towards Kim Kardashian because they have both released sex tapes! In 2007 the Kim Kardashian Sex Tape was leaked onto the Internet.
