Kendra told the magazine: “Feeling good about yourself is key, I think that having a pair of jeans handy that you want to fit into is more of a realistic goal than looking at the scale.”

Unfortunately for the lazier fatties out there, Kendra’s diet secrets involved a good dose of moving around in the form of something called exercise. There was one supplement Kendra took, call Ab Cuts for women: “I started on Ab Cuts for women, and it really helped speed up my metabolism, There are ingredients in the product that help block your fat from storing in your stomach.”

However Kendra said that exercise is the key and the diet products only help burn fat!
