Kendra Wilkinson has been talking lately about the importance of staying fit and feeling good for keeping up a healthy marriage. Well yesterday she was spotted leading by example as she and a friend took a brisk walk along a beach in Los Angeles.

Kendra was working up a sweat from the look of things, but still looked her usual sexy self in a white singlet and black shorts.

Kendra is still on her nut diet which uses a number of types of nuts for extra nutrients. Whatever it is, it’s working, she looks great.

Kendra Wilkinson has revealed her latest diet technique which is helping her get back into shape after her baby – fruit and nuts. Kendra has often advocated having a healthy, organic and nutritious diet and apparently nibbling dreied fruit and nuts throughout the day is a crucial part of it.

Kendra told People magazine recently: “I’ve been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long, We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt. We’re a healthy family.”

Kendra also shared a tip for having a healthy marriage – time apart! Apparently Wilkinson thinks time apart from the significant other allows you to appreciate them more and enjoy a special romantic reunion when getting back together.

It isn’t the first piece of marriage advice Kendra has offered. Last year, Kendra told fans that she once had sex with husband Hank Baskett on a jet ski to help keep things spontaneous!

Kendra Wilkinson has been out and about promoting some new projects for a little cash on the side of late! Her latest event was in Culver City California and involed helping launch the body toning product AbCuts.

Kendra looked super cute and very happy to be there, posing for photos from fans and the paparazzi.

She also tweeted about the event, writing: “Hi everyone! Just wanted to remind you all that I’m doing an Ab Cuts signing tonight at the GNC in the Westfield Mall in Culver City. Hope to see u guys there!!!!!!”

Wilkinson has also been on Fox news recently so is enjoying being in the spotlight once more.

Kendra has been flat out promoting her book, “Sliding into Home” as well as her fitness video. The fitness video is aimed at helping new moms get their booty back after gaining weight during pregnancy.

Wilkinson’s book has also been selling like hot cakes, with people interested in Kendra’s time as a playboy bunny and exactly what goes on at the Playboy mansion.

Kendra Wilkinson has appeared on E! news talking about her new book and new fitness video! Kendra has been in the new a lot recently because of the Kendra Exposed sex tape release of course, but now she is pushing herself into the public eye to promote all kinds of products.

Perhaps she is taking a leaf out of Kim Kardashian’s playbook and making the most of her notoriety. Wilkinson was seen leaving the studios, dressed casually in revealing blue shorts and a navy top. Kendra talked up her fitness video, saying that staying active is key for a great sex life: “Get that heart rate up, and that’s the No. 1 key to a happy life, really feeling good about yourself and feeling sexy.”
