Kendra Wilkinson is no stranger to getting her clothes off, either for raunchy sex tapes or for the pages of Playboy magazine. So that means she has to keep that body toned and in shape constantly.

After her pregnancy though she had all of the excess pregnancy weight which tested her weight loss techniques to the max. Well it worked, she got back into shape quickly, so she has shared some of those tips with OK! magazine.

In the latest issue of the magazine she shares with readers who she had trouble dropping that last 10 pounds but eventually got there. Kendra told the magazine: “Feeling good about yourself is key, I think that having a pair of jeans handy that you want to fit into is more of a realistic goal than looking at the scale.”

Unfortunately for the lazier fatties out there, Kendra’s diet secrets involved a good dose of moving around in the form of something called exercise. There was one supplement Kendra took, call Ab Cuts for women: “I started on Ab Cuts for women, and it really helped speed up my metabolism, There are ingredients in the product that help block your fat from storing in your stomach.”

However Kendra said that exercise is the key and the diet products only help burn fat!

Kendra Wilkinson has decided to use her best assets in Dancing with the Stars, and worn a stunning sexy yellow dress to shake her booty to the samba in. The judges said this was Kendra’s strongest performance of the competition so far, and in terms of raw sexuality it absolutely blew the competition away.

Kendra has been previously criticized for a lack of elegance in her dancing style, but this sexy dancing style suited her perfectly and she was shaking her butt and boobs like mad to emphasize her body.

In the dance, Kendra jumped on the judges table to give the judges a close up of that magnificent booty, which they surely appreciated! Inaba, one of the judges, said : “Oh, my god, – that was a guilty pleasure! You were so in your element in your dance. That was a big performance”

Judge Len Goodman was stunned by the performance and said: “Last week you had a spark. This week you had a fire, The more you gyrated the more I palpitated!”

She might have a chance of taking the competition out after all!

In recent months Kendra Wilkinson has spoken about wanting to become a good christian mum, well from her behavior in recent days she has some work to do yet to get there!

Kendra Wilkinson is back to being the talk of Los Angeles after arriving back home in recent weeks. Kendra has been filming episodes of her hit reality TV show “Kendra” as well as making public appearances to promote her books, weight loss products and to meet fans.

On the weekend Kendra had a girls night out and was joined by a few of her girlfriends as they had a Mexican dinner at the ritzy Beso restaurant then some drinks with the girls at the Katsuya eatery.

Kendra has recently posed for some raunchy photos in a very revealing bikini to show the world her post baby body. After a few months of working out Wilkinson dropped 50 pounds and is looking immaculate. Wilkinson said: “My body is back and I want to show it off. I was depressed when I was heavy. Having a different body was such a culture shock. I’m so used to being hot and fit. I did go through some depression, although it wasn’t that extreme.”
