Kendra Wilkinson has been talking lately about the importance of staying fit and feeling good for keeping up a healthy marriage. Well yesterday she was spotted leading by example as she and a friend took a brisk walk along a beach in Los Angeles.

Kendra was working up a sweat from the look of things, but still looked her usual sexy self in a white singlet and black shorts.

Kendra is still on her nut diet which uses a number of types of nuts for extra nutrients. Whatever it is, it’s working, she looks great.

Kendra Wilkinson has revealed her latest diet technique which is helping her get back into shape after her baby – fruit and nuts. Kendra has often advocated having a healthy, organic and nutritious diet and apparently nibbling dreied fruit and nuts throughout the day is a crucial part of it.

Kendra told People magazine recently: “I’ve been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long, We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt. We’re a healthy family.”

Kendra also shared a tip for having a healthy marriage – time apart! Apparently Wilkinson thinks time apart from the significant other allows you to appreciate them more and enjoy a special romantic reunion when getting back together.

It isn’t the first piece of marriage advice Kendra has offered. Last year, Kendra told fans that she once had sex with husband Hank Baskett on a jet ski to help keep things spontaneous!

Never one to keep her the intimate details of her sex life to herself, Kendra Wilkinson has revealed that she has been having “crazy sex” since the conclusion of her role in Dancing with the Stars.

Kendra claims that after her elimination she was in great shape and in the mood for loving – something husband Hank Baskett gladly helped her with seeing Kendra is currently in great shape after all of her dance training.

Kendra knows she is looking hot too, telling People magazine: “My body’s back, I need to hang up on my stripper pole again” Well Kendra fans wouldn’t mind seeing her up on the stripper pole again, or even in another sex tape or two!

Kendra continued: “Hank and I need a couple more drunken nights. We need to get drunk and have crazy sex a couple more times.”

Kendra claims that the dancing practice and her experience on Dancing with the Stars made her feel sexier. Considering she has felt sexy enough in the past to make the Kendra Sex Tape, she must be over the top in the bedroom now!

Kendra Wilkinson has decided to use her best assets in Dancing with the Stars, and worn a stunning sexy yellow dress to shake her booty to the samba in. The judges said this was Kendra’s strongest performance of the competition so far, and in terms of raw sexuality it absolutely blew the competition away.

Kendra has been previously criticized for a lack of elegance in her dancing style, but this sexy dancing style suited her perfectly and she was shaking her butt and boobs like mad to emphasize her body.

She might have a chance of taking the competition out after all!

Kendra Wilkinson is reportedly upset by a snub from Hugh Hefner – he hasn’t invited her to his wedding! Considering Kendra was Hugh’s boyfriend for a few months (and sex partner for many more) it is a hell of a snub! Kendra cattily told E!: “I haven’t gotten my save the date yet, I’m not joking, I’m really pissed off about it.” Poor Kendra!

Kendra isn’t the only one with ex-playboy hotty Holly Madison also not receiving an invite. Holly told the media: “It was definitely awkward, but good. A lot of people congratulated him on Twitter, but for me, it was such a personal thing. I wanted to go there.”
