Kendra Wilkinson has been talking lately about the importance of staying fit and feeling good for keeping up a healthy marriage. Well yesterday she was spotted leading by example as she and a friend took a brisk walk along a beach in Los Angeles.

Kendra was working up a sweat from the look of things, but still looked her usual sexy self in a white singlet and black shorts.

Kendra is still on her nut diet which uses a number of types of nuts for extra nutrients. Whatever it is, it’s working, she looks great.

Kendra Wilkinson has revealed her latest diet technique which is helping her get back into shape after her baby – fruit and nuts. Kendra has often advocated having a healthy, organic and nutritious diet and apparently nibbling dreied fruit and nuts throughout the day is a crucial part of it.

Kendra told People magazine recently: “I’ve been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long, We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt. We’re a healthy family.”

Kendra also shared a tip for having a healthy marriage – time apart! Apparently Wilkinson thinks time apart from the significant other allows you to appreciate them more and enjoy a special romantic reunion when getting back together.

It isn’t the first piece of marriage advice Kendra has offered. Last year, Kendra told fans that she once had sex with husband Hank Baskett on a jet ski to help keep things spontaneous!

It looks like we now know that if you fart in bed, Kendra WILL kick you out, as the dog was very quickly ejected from the bedroom.

Kendra is not the most modest kind of woman as the next tweet mentioned that her husband Hank Baskett was in the mood for sex! She wrote: “Henry Baskett u horny devil. I just wanna go to sleep. Damnit. Well ok. Hahahahahahaha” Hank is a lucky man!

Well now Kendra is getting involved with a company named “Evolved Novelties” to produce her own line of intimate products.

Kendra explains that she is doing it to keep married people happy: “As many of you know, I’m focused on finding that balance between mom and wife and my hectic career and I’m always looking for ways to keep the spark in my relationship with Hank. I’m really excited to be creating a line that will help all women take control of their sexuality, and make them feel confident.”

So that means there are no dildos and fake vajayjays? What will be included is aromatherapy, bath products, and a lingerie collection.

However the product line will have a website launched that features a sexpert giving free advice on how to use the items to spice up your sex life.

Kendra will also personally answer questions viewers choose to submit to the reality star! The products launch nationally this month.

Kendra told the magazine: “Feeling good about yourself is key, I think that having a pair of jeans handy that you want to fit into is more of a realistic goal than looking at the scale.”

Unfortunately for the lazier fatties out there, Kendra’s diet secrets involved a good dose of moving around in the form of something called exercise. There was one supplement Kendra took, call Ab Cuts for women: “I started on Ab Cuts for women, and it really helped speed up my metabolism, There are ingredients in the product that help block your fat from storing in your stomach.”

However Kendra said that exercise is the key and the diet products only help burn fat!
