Kendra Wilkinson has revealed her latest diet technique which is helping her get back into shape after her baby – fruit and nuts. Kendra has often advocated having a healthy, organic and nutritious diet and apparently nibbling dreied fruit and nuts throughout the day is a crucial part of it.

Kendra told People magazine recently: “I’ve been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long, We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt. We’re a healthy family.”

Kendra also shared a tip for having a healthy marriage – time apart! Apparently Wilkinson thinks time apart from the significant other allows you to appreciate them more and enjoy a special romantic reunion when getting back together.

It isn’t the first piece of marriage advice Kendra has offered. Last year, Kendra told fans that she once had sex with husband Hank Baskett on a jet ski to help keep things spontaneous!
