Kendra Wilkinson has revealed her latest diet technique which is helping her get back into shape after her baby – fruit and nuts. Kendra has often advocated having a healthy, organic and nutritious diet and apparently nibbling dreied fruit and nuts throughout the day is a crucial part of it.

Kendra told People magazine recently: “I’ve been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long, We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt. We’re a healthy family.”

Kendra also shared a tip for having a healthy marriage – time apart! Apparently Wilkinson thinks time apart from the significant other allows you to appreciate them more and enjoy a special romantic reunion when getting back together.

It isn’t the first piece of marriage advice Kendra has offered. Last year, Kendra told fans that she once had sex with husband Hank Baskett on a jet ski to help keep things spontaneous!

It turns out that Kendra Wilkinson has a nasty streak when she is crossed! Crystal Harris recently found that out after Crystal treated ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner badly and Kendra stood up for Hugh.

Harris and Hefner split up recently and Crystal Harris has been running around in media circles claiming that Hugh was not good in the sack, saying he “lasted only 2 seconds”. Well considering he has been screwing the hottest women in the world for 50 years perhaps he can’t be bothered satisfying his partners anymore!

Hugh claims that Harris is a liar and his sexual prowess is undoubted. Kendra has jumped to Hefner’s defence, saying that Crystal Harris is “Trash”.

Kendra was quoted saying: “She just needs to keep her mouth shut, and be classy about it”. Kendra Wilkinson, ex-pornstar, ex-stripper, ex-playboy model telling Harris to be “classy” about it is humorous to say the least.

Kendra went on to explain: “After the whole non-marriage thing broke to the news, I actually thought she was being classy about things, until she started opening her mouth about the bed stuff. She just totally made herself look like crap. She looks like trash”

Well I wouldn’t say Crystal Harris looks like trash, in fact she is still one of the hottest women to grace the pages of Playboy, but attacking the legendary Hugh Hefner is too much!

Kendra says that Hugh needs to kick her ass to the curb!
